Triple Tree Help

Hi all,

I'm new to the forums and about to start the build for my first chopper style bike. I was looking through pics on Google to get some ideas for the type of triple trees I want to use and I came across this picture. i really like the clean look, but I'm a little stumped on how it works. How is the top of the head tube attached to the top plate of the triple tree? I get how the forks attach and I get that the head tube slides over a tube welded to the bottom plate, but how does it attach at the top? Any ideas would be appreciated!
