I chose the Rotor, primarily for Power2Max compatibility (which I haven't gotten to yet, but that's beside the point). I also have Q-rings on it, and think it's the most attractive of the options.

6700 or Rotor due to forged construction for stiffness. 6700 is likely heavier by some single digit percentage. Dunno about price, I go with whichever cheaper. Or if I wanted to match drivetrain, I'd go 6700.
Dunno about Cannondale. Some SRAM chainrings weren't so stiff and Rotor was a common easy upgrade.

I have the Ultegra now, but getting the itch to change up the bike and am considering 3d or SiSl. Cost is not the issue. Looking for opinions excluding the cost factor.

I might be wrong but weren't the old SiSL cranks claiming to be the lightest and stiffest cranks?
So one would guess they only got better.
I would guess the Shimano shifts best, they have the most experience there.

If cost is not an issue, buy the one that you think looks the best. You always hear people talking about "stiffness" but my bet is that most people won't even be able to tell the difference between the three you listed. I personally have the rotor 3d w/ Q rings.... they look super trick on the bike.

Spindle size is different so all may not fir on your bike. Shimano has a 68mm dia spindle, Cannondale is BB30, Rotor I think makes both. Cannondale won't fit in any frame that is set up for threaded BBs/press fit for Shimano.

OP, what is the point of such a question, phrased as "which one would you pick"? I bet you have a preference already and are hoping to get validation for it. That is very unlikely. Don't you know you will get a distribution of answers that will make a decision impossible? On the 41 there are proponents for every reasonable choice. Better to say that you are leaning toward XYZ and want to know the pros and cons.

I have to admit that I got the Cannondale SISL on my Helix OS for looks. After riding it for almost two years, I really fell in love with the no nonsense stiffness and lightness and the complete lack of problems with the PF30 shell.
When I was choosing components for my Parlee, I wavered back and forth between the old SISL + SRM and the new SISL2 Spiderring. But, since only the SISL2 Spiderring was described as being 11-speed compatible, I choose it plus eeBrakes to round off my DA9070 plus internal battery build.
I also have the SRAM Quarq on my Lynskey R330. And, although it is has a GXP BB, it is still stiff enough. Since it is the PM build, the crankset weight and appearance became secondary to functionality and stiffness. According to Fairwheelbike's latest crank review, the SRAM Red cranks are stiff enough.

Yeah, I decided to stick with my Ultegra and just ride more. What I have works just fine. It's too easy to get sucked into spending $ on cool-looking bike stuff.
I was trying to justify buying some eye candy for my bike, but in the end I couldn't make the justification. I'm sure I will eventually succumb to my OCD, but for now I'm content.

Well, the cannondale SL crankset fits in the PF 30 bottom bracket on my Parlee, so I guess that is within the parameters you describe...
