Happy Dance!

Did a weigh in today and in the last 2 weeks I am down 4.6 lbs! Next week I step up training and add in swimming. Master Swim training in morning and High resistance aqua aerobics in the afternoon. So swimming plus my biking to and from Pool at least once a day (16 mile round trip), I should see some major shifts in health. As I step up in the two I will be working on my running at least 3x a week. I cant wait to feel like I can do my first sprint TRI! I have done a mini and that was 50lbs ago and I was no where near ready. This time I will be.
