Hello, excuse me while I share some pictures I took on April 30th, 2013. The event was Spurt in den Mai, it was in Büttgen, Germany.
The riders were; Robert Bartko, Marcel Kalz, Luke Roberts, Alexander Aeschbach, Nils Schomber, Max Stahr, Marek Mixa, Milan Kadlec, Alexander Baue, Lars Teutenberg, Stefan Schneider & Robert Eyring.

Good photos.

btw are some of the riders wearing waist shorts with their jerseys tucked in? They look a bit baggy to be skin suits.

Those are madison shorts - they'll have their own sponsors' logos on them, but the promoter of a six-day or other similar event will give riders jerseys with the logos of sponsors of the race/event.

the madison shorts are high-waisted with some elastic up there.

I'm not sure about the bars, but the helmet is a Casco SPEEDairo.
