Reporting from the Pacific North West

Well I started commuting via mountain bike last summer but then came into possession of an older Specialized Sirrus for 40 dollars that got me into road riding. I rode the Sirrus for most of summer last year which lead to me purchasing a new Specialized Allez this past Monday.

Right now I am getting my Allez dialed, currently looking into what pedal system I want to go with. And trying to shed some weight. By the end of the summer I want to be doing 30 miles or so on a Saturday with energy to spare.

Hi, welcome to BF, very nice looking Allez there, that bike should give you many happy miles of enjoyment. Look in on the Northwest Regional Forum and meet the others in your area. Glad that you chose to join us here.
