Choco milk and banana: anything better and easier?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I also find it interesting that they don't list the ingredients on their website. What are they hiding?
When I get home from work today, I'm going to see if they identify the ingredients on the can. I googled "ovaltine ingredients" and came up with some weird stuff.

You need to get the decoder ring and tune in to the radio program.

Pretty sure it would be on the can as I think that's a law. The link I posted included the ingredients assuming it's accurate.

The chocolate milk works well for me, but since it is a bit heavy I usually only prefer it in the cooler months. My primary go-to recovery drink is a scoop of powdered orange Gatorade and a scoop of a plain vanilla protein powder. I put the powders in a shaker tumbler and just add water. The Creamsicle! Delicious.

sugar, alkalized cocoa, beet juice color, carmel color, whey, natural vanilla flavor, salt, carrageenan, soy lecithin. Then it lists a bunch of vitamins and minerals.
