Rain
Today it rained very hard, here in the North East. (Almost 2"+ for the whole day!) Since I had to ride in this stuff, Is there anything I should be doing to get cars to see me better in such weather? (More lights or brighter outfits?)

I always wear a bright top and run a headlight/taillight regardless of the weather. I haven't been hit yet (a few close calls) - so I must be doing something right.
I wear this bad boy in the rain and my backpack has a flourescent yellow rain cover.

I have a safety vest, sewed a patch of Velcro On it , the other half is adhesive on a Blinky light.
When the deluge opens up I don My cycle cape , it's a Yellow Cone , And my Sou Wester cap
adds to the novelty look , That helps ..
moved into my own house close in to Small Town center ,
so Now I'm probably over equipped for my short trips to the Tavern

Two inches all day? That's not much; 2" in 30 minutes, now that's heavy!
I'll normally run at least two rear blinkers (in case one gets wet or the battery dies) when it's raining, and a steady and perhaps flashing light on the front. The blinkies seem to cut through road spray and fog better than just bright clothes. But just in case, wear a bright jersey or jacket.
