Hi there, I just registered on bikeforums.net and thought I should introduce myself. I am 31 years old and has been cycling for the past 4 years. I love riding my bike and I am very interrested in the theory of training and nutrition. I watch the Tour de France each year and hope that this year would be a closely contested race. As you can see from my name I regularly overtrains from riding my bike because I am always pushing myself to try and reach my potential.
