New to the forums
Hello all, I found the forum through a google search and it looks like a great place. I am always on www.hammockforums.net but I will have to make time for this one.
I have rode bicycles all my life and enjoyed it. I rode a bike for a living for about 4 years before I changed careers. I have been away from it for a while, I still have a Trek 4300 that I ride at a local park from time to time.
Last week I bought the wife a new bike and I got one myself. I bought a 2013 GT Transeo 3.0 for me anticipating some paved/trail/groomed path riding. I hope to do the C&O/GAP trail in the spring but I need to set up my bike. I have all the camping/hiking gear that I need but I will need some input on panniers and fenders and whatnot.
I look forward to meeting everyone.
