Rim Strip for 20" (451) Wheels?

I had a flat today -- very odd, I rode over 100km, put the bike in the car, came back and the tire was flat and burst on the inner (rim) side.... anyway, there is a tear in the rim strip. Looks like it might have always been there? I'm having trouble find a source for appropriate replacements -- anyone have suggestions?

I prefer cloth rim tape like Velox... the thinnest that would fit yet cover spoke nipples.

For double wall rims I like using hole plugs.

I'll have to second Bass's comments... I'm a Velox cloth rim tape user.

Another vote for Velox. Install once and it's good for the life of the wheel. Best stuff there is.

I iike Velo Plugs also ... one advantage is easier tire installs with very hard to fit tires ..

That's exactly why I like using them or the thinnest possible rim tape. It makes a huge difference when having to repair a puncture in cold weather.
