help with measurements on a bikes at work trailer

I am looking at building a trailer. I am going to use the hitch and axles from bikes at work. Can someone measure the aluminum bar at the front of the trailer(thickness and height) , and tell me if the round crossmembers are solid or hollow? Thank you.
