Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I tried to go for a run but the streets are too icy.

I am fed up with the trainer and rollers. May have to go for a (shudder!) swim.

Sorry to hear TS.

Three years ago, my wife told me on the day after Thanksgiving that we should "get thrtoughh the holidays and then separate". Where we managed to stay together, I absolutely understand the dark weekend after.

Fox is the only network making viewers do some convoluted bs to watch the game online. Not surprisingly, they're the only ones that can't manage to actually get the video stream up and running.

Vapor lock? Robby Gordon is two hours behind as a result of vapor lock? I don't buy it. A GM LS7 takes around 60 psi to run, and I find vapor lock is something that shouldn't occur at that pressure.

I thought only old VW Beetles got vapor lock.

I would not downplay the seriousness of hair loss, or potential hair loss. Who wants to be bald like certain members here?

But separation is probably worse.

In other loss news, I lost my imported Canadian balaclava today. Had it in my jacket back pocket, but not securely enough, apparently. Must have blown out while flapping around.

That blows.
