Cannondale integrated headset spacer light?

anyone try it? not going to light up the street but I'm thinking it would help you be seen by cars. 2 LEDs that flash or stay steady.

Looks like a pretty lousy light. It might make sense to use a spacer as a mount for a real light, but I can't take this seriously as a light.
