I am guessing, for those riders (i.e. racers), who spend A LOT of time in the drops, this would give a little support where there is none now. Which would then take a little support off of "other" areas (maybe areas the are susceptible to going numb now and then). If it works, got to give the inventor credit for thinking outside the box.

Looks like the ultimate wedgie to me. I think I'll stick to more traditional seats.
