A lot depends on your local market and where the bike is advertised for sale.
ebay completed auctions will tell quite a bit, the parts are a jumble, These were sold as frame sets or complete bikes. When complete they were sold with Campagnolo top of the line.
Aside from the size be sure to realize and measure the top tube, these bikes were short compared to many of the day. Note the long stem on the bike currently.

repecharge is correct the parts are a jumbled mess at least 6 different brands/groups mixed on the bike anything over 600 is top of the mark

Since your thought is to change the components to Super Record, seems like you could either do the easy route, and buy a frame only, or try to sell the components to partially pay for the frame. I am risk adverse, so i'd just buy a frame.

I was not thinking that frame, there must be other frames available since you want to build up with different components. the price is dictated by both the market and your lust for that bike, 450 euro seems steep to me, but I am in the US, no particular knowledge of your local market there.

do you think i can get profit?
