I can't. I had to confine it to my basement so it would stop laughing at me.

.

Well, it looks like I won't have any problem making my 275 mile goal this month, as I ended up putting in about 75 miles on my days off this week.

4/1 Tuesday 9.1 miles (usual route home from work)
4/2 Weds: 26.10 + 13.63 = 39.78 (pleasure ride down the Green River Trail + trip out to meet friends celebrating)
4/3 Thursday: 15.3 + 14.7 + 5.1 + 1.7 = 36.8 (trip to the other side of town to meet a friend for a short ride, and then home)
4/4 Friday: 9.5 miles (usual commute in to work)
4/5 Saturday AM: 9.1 miles (usual route home from work)
4/5 Saturday PM: 9.5 miles (usual commute in to work)
4/6 Sunday: 9.1 miles (usual route home from work)

122.88 miles so far!

new bike

OK! I'm in for 100, last summer both old bikes had problems. Haven't purchased a new bike in over 30 years and used ones dated to 80s or earlier. New one is Navaro Buzz, need to add a few things, Hey this thing has more gears than the 2 old ones put together.

10.5 miles after 3 rides

"light" would be couch to 5k but 5k would just be a blink and waste of time for you

I just noticed I rolled over a 1000 miles for the yr already. I'm about 3 months early. Historically I don't hit that til July/August time frame. Signs that I'm not riding my MTB nearly enough these days

Not at all. Now it's time to add speed work and hills. Sloggin along at a 9:20/mi pace is just down right wrong.

I had a slow Jan since I was sick and gained back 10lbs while enjoying sleeping in past club ride starts. Logged only 171 miles that month and was hacking a lung 100% of those miles. Still have those extra 10#s hanging around

The guys I share an office with, of which I am never in, weigh themselves every day on my industrial scale. One guy is 6'7", so not much comparison and the 2nd guy was never overweight. That leaves guy #3 . Well, he just passed me up by 1 lb! I NEED this weather now to be cooperative and to get out on the bike, LOL.

Hopefully I can add to the April miles after work. I didn't get out Sunday because I ended up doing some much needed work out in the yard with cleanup from winter.

I'm going for 100 this month.

4-3: 14.1mi - Memphis Hightailers "Urban Legends" Ride (my first group ride)
4-6: 7.9mi - Did my first "Brick" - ran intervals for 30 mins directly after the ride (pouring rain)
MTD: 22.0/100

Now I know why they call it a "Brick" because my feet literally felt like a pair of heavy bricks when I started my run!
