Like I said then. Just buy a decent tire from one of the big makers. I use Conti, others use Michelin or Vittoria or Kenda or Panaracer. They all make good tires. You won't be able to tell the difference between those though. I'll agree that they'll feel faster than what you currently have, plus will grip the road better when new, but even that wears away pretty fast.
