Gipiemme wheel set worth?

Gipiemme wheel set worth?
I got these Gipiemme T-Tre 30 S RACE TEAM wheels, made in Italy, but other than what's printed on them I don't know much about them. Sticker says they are Alloy 6005 T6Erto 622-13.5 Din. I was going to put them on a nice Cannondale aluminium frame bike. What I'd like to know is are these wheels worthy of this frame or are they just some cheep copy knock-offs found on Walmart Bikes?
