Headlight with direct mount on stem underside
Hello,
I have an idea keeping my bike cockpit clean and would therefore like to mount my future light on the stem but on the underside. The aim is to have my garmin mount just next to it and hopefully due to a simplified rubber mount of the light to be well combined.
The only thing I was able to find was the Urban line from Lights & Motion. They are about 4" long and their mount has a 360 degree angle change possibility of the mount.
Another option were the lights from Bontrager until I discovered that their mount can only swivel by about 20 degrees. Someone has experience with those? Maye there is some option for modifications.
A third idea would be a fenix BT20 but I would prefer an option with a built in battery system.
I also thought about using a barfly
Amazon.com : Bar Fly Universal Bicycle Computer Mount : Cycling Electronics Accessories : Sports & Outdoors
which would make things a lot easier but not very nice looking.
Any other ideas?!

1. "Sparse" "Spacer" bike lights -
Security and simplicity are at the heart of Sparse bicycle lights
2. Mount it at brake mount on the front fork (Busch an Mueller lights, like the Ixon IQ Premium or Ixon IQ Speed Premium (picture) have a shaped beam and are designed to be mounted that way) -
Busch&Muller battery powered bicycle lights
3. Like your last line, here's a picture of someone who used a bar extender to mount the lights under the front handlebars -
