We have 3 branches in Sarnia. The one at Eastland Centre has a too dark ABM vestibule (37-65 foot candles at 30"). The branches at Northgate shopping centre (90-90 foot candles at 30") and Christina Street (84-86 foot candles at 30") have really bright ABM vestibules.

Keep this in mind when doing your automated banking!

Okay, so the other day when Pyze was at the shop (this is why I wasn't around to say goodbye, btw) some crackhead dude wanders in and grabs a pair of sunglasses. Foot chase ensues and the old "Dude, I can outrun you all day - just drop the ****ing things ..." routine actually worked. It was the most laid back, almost comical chase I've ever had.
I figured you had cracked open the beer and were getting a head start.

Got the Assessment done for the bike damage. $467 retail. That guy is going to Shyte when I send him the bill. Good thing for him, I can get stuff a bit cheaper.

Take him for the RETAIL value of what's broken and get drunk on what's left from your discount, don't leave it in the pocket of the guy who hit you with his car.

Just my 2 cents.

If he gives the guy a real high price he might just clam up and start screening his calls though. Did you file an accident report?

Yeah, some folks think you can buy a complete pro rig for 500 bucks. It's probably a lot more than he was expecting!

I didn't file an accident report. Maybe I should have. I took his info and plate number, and agreed to keep the police out of it as long as he pays up. I figured I would show him the full retail, and use the store discount to get him into paying up at the discounted rate. Hope he comes through.

I've been in contact with him twice now though, and he seems relatively co-operative. I'm sending him a scan of the assessment via email soon.

Hey everyone, by chance, does anyone have a fork-crown-race for a cartridge shimano 600 (6400) headset kicking around? I have the headset minus crown race and it's pretty useless right now. According to Cavernmech, any shimano crown race for cartridge headsets will do. Let me know if you've got an extra and if you want to trade/barter/sell/give-away. have a ood one!

The problem with not filing a report is exactly this reason. The guy can just suddenly reverse his kindness and go "what accident?" and then you're ****ed.

A friend of mine had his account skimmed of 50$ once a month for 3 years. This was 15 years ago before this whole thing was on people's minds so he never noticed. The bank gave him his money back but that is a heckuva lot of cash they got from him (and how knows how many others).

I've also had my identity stolen and that was the worst nightmare I've ever had to go through. In Canada, no one believes you for the first few months and you have to get affadavit after affadavit after affadavit to prove who you are and that you had nothing to do with the fraud. It is nuts. The American banks were very easy to deal with however, and we cleared most of the problems up over the phone and a couple of faxes. I guess it is more common down there? Here, even a seemingly simple thing like changing your SI number takes months. I wouldn't wish this kind of problem on my worst enemy.

Hey man with your name, I'm guessing you're into cars as well as bikes? More specifically turbocharged JDM
Nissan powered cars?

It's weird, that Jeunet has been listed about 6 times before. It looks nice to me, maybe there is a problem with it?

Ah to be a student again. All my housemates were up drinking until around 5am in my estimations. I was in bed sleeping...

And op, as they say 'If this dog do you bite, soon as out of your bed, take a hair of the tail in the morning.'
