Jersey ground my nipples flat

I was looking over myself this morning, because I had some pain in the nipple area. The ride I went on saturday I wore a jersey, and it must have ground the tips of my nipples down so that they both are flat!

You are so completely nuts. Perhaps they've been 'rubbed raw', but 'ground off?' You've got to be kidding me!

That title sure is a grabber. Next time try the above mentioned or perhapse some Vasalene.

Love that title.

Yeah, that title is deceiving. I thought you meant New Jersey! I'd have to stay the hell out of that state.

Those little round band-aids that you use for shaving nicks work like a charm. Also, udder butter works if you apply a little before you leave.

I raced with a guy who got his nipple half torn off in a crash. The jersey's zipper caught on it. Ouch!

Either headwind or you were going *really* fast.

Good luck in finding a solution.

PS: It's ok for most women... they wear bras... well, I suppose you could get one...

Mansierre, right?

I've watched ultramarathoners (50 mile run) streaming blood from chafed nipples. You'd think they'd remember to tape themselves up. Maybe they like the feeling...

One of my brother's surf buddies had one of his nipples cut off due to the surfwax on his board. And a rashgaurd is like a jersey, just no zipper. I think I am going to invest in some duct tape.

I think the raw nipple stuff is purely a man thing.

Band-aid cover was always standard on my marathon runs (the old days). If it was cool and rainy I would also coat rubbing areas (inside thighs, etc) with vaseline. But I never figured out how to keep my middle toe nails from turning black and falling off. No amount of vaseline ever seemed to help there.

You should see marathones' nipples at the end of a race.

Pinch 'em a little and they'll perk right back up. They're probably hiding cuz they got hurt the day before.

You can use Ice for the same effect, didn't you know that? And you do realize that is the conditions of most nipples--"flacid?"
