2003 Specialized rockhopper worth it?

https://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/bik/68435609.html

what you guys think? 17 inch, with ugpraded seat , should I check it out, should fit me i think, since guy said he is 5"11 and i m 5"10

300 bux seems decent, might even get for 275,

Or I should just get a brand new spec hardrock sport V with waranty/tune ups?

How it was ridden. Abused. latest tuneup done to it. Maybe even ask for the shop name and call them. Buying used might be cheap to start but if you get a lemon it could come back to bite you.

Saddles can be changed easily. It is pretty ghetto though and not something that you'd truly want (they out and out SUCK for anything more than a coffee run). DO try to bargin him down though as that looks to be the $500 model and it IS two years old. $250 cash or $275 check MAX
