if you haven't had this answered yet though, 31.8 is the clamp diameter measured in mm. 44 is the width of the bars, measured in cm.
you will need a stem with a 31.8 bar clamp to use these bars, they will not work with a stem with a bar clamp any other size.

first one sideral lo pro rim laced 3x to black formula hub 36h 1000g brand new
second one cxp33 laced radial to black formula hub 28h came off gf bike
also have 50t dura ace 7600 chainring njs
looking for cranks, or anything you got
