Scrod, my Retrogression tracking number isn't being accepted by the USPS website. Should I be concerned?

It usually takes a while for delivery services to update the tracking info, I believe.

So while the package was dropped off into the hands of USPS, it may not have actually "left the building" yet, thus no tracking info?

My last package from RG was supposed to be delivered last Saturday (priority mail). It didn't update until late Sunday night. Supposed to be delivered on Monday, the # said "a notice was left" when my wife was at home, and when I got home, there was no notice in my box or on the door. Went there Tuesday morning, they had it at the post office. /not-so-cool story

Should you be concerned? No. USPS is notorious for late updates on their tracking numbers. I've received packages before the number updated at all. Can't say I blame them, it's not like they deal with 2-3 packages a day.

Apologies, I didn't look at when the email was sent, and had assumed it had been longer than a few minutes

    All is as expected now.

this happened to me last 3 times ive had stuff shipped to me with usps, from both RG and other places. its annoying but a lot of times it comes only within a couple days, on average faster than ups/fedex (in my experiences)

Can you recommend me a few options for a 1" threaded headset that is worry-free in terms of reliability?

Holy crap you ship so fast. And I was so freaked out by the centipede haha. I went looking for the toy after I pulled the other stuff out, and almost threw the package.

Hey Scrod, bael here. I just tried to add one of those fancy PDW shiny objects to my cart at RG and instead it sent me to the vimeo site. Please fix it so I can buy!

    Thanx

You need to click on the 'add to cart' button, not the video.

    It's working fine for me.

If you want sealed cartridge bearings I can get you a threaded IRD Technoglide.

One time I swatted a huge bee that had gotten into the shop while I was packing orders and it ended up falling into a box and being shipped to Singapore. The dude wasn't very happy when he found it.

What is the outside diameter on the nitto bar plugs? The plugs I have right now stick out like 1.5 millimeters past my tape and looks funky.

How much do they go for? Same as threadless? I'm on a budget, so if there is anything significantly cheaper, let me know.

I was eyeing the Velo Orange ones, one of them, the polished one, has a crown race that's not fully connected so you can just slide it on, lol.

You have any extended personal experience with the shiny object inflator?

Threaded Technoglides are the same price as threadless.

I always forget that we're a Velo Orange dealer! I can get you one of those too.

I've never had to use it out on the road but I messed around with it a lot at the shop when we first got them. It's the best inflator I've used so far.
