Hey Scrod, thanks for shipping the bar plugs so fast. Literally in the mail an hour after i ordered them.

How much of your business is online would you say? Whats the ratio? There's a fassion store in my town and they sell online. They said they do 85% of their business online. Nuts!

In the winter it's like 99.9%. During the spring and summer, I would say about 75-80%.

A lot more people know about the shop this year though so I'm sure we'll do a lot more in-store stuff. On the other side of the coin, online sales are increasing as well so the ratio may end up being the same.

Hey Scrod, I see you carry the Panaracer Pasela tires -- would you be willing to get a set in 650c for me? Or is it annoying/hard to order something you don't usually stock just for one customer?

I guess the TG doesn't come in 650, only the regular Pasela, so I'd be happy with any other tire you'd recommend that comes in 650 as well.

We do special orders all the time! I'll see what else is available and e-mail you sometime tomorrow when the shop is open.

Scrod, I'm going to be ordering a bunch of other stuff on behalf of my dude friend as well, so let me know how you want to do all that. Looking forward to your tire recommendation for me.

First, you will need pass a written exam (we've recently shortened it to 26 pages). If you are approved, you will then be asked to submit a small hair sample so we can keep your DNA on file. Then - before placing your first order - you will need to post a video of you performing 275 jumping jacks while wearing a thong and eating a tuna salad sandwich (you can get a friend to help you with this), set to "Tomorrow's Dream" by Black Sabbath.

I'm kidding. Unless you plan on visiting the shop in person, placing an order on the site is the best way.

It's not necessarily sparkly but it does have a nice metallic finish.

All-City shipped it on Monday so I'll be seeing it either tomorrow or Friday. I'll have it back out the door headed and headed your way before the weekend.
