Time spent on your SS/FG vs. geared bike??

I've had the Kilo TT Stripper for well over a year. Love that bike. I was riding a Windsor Tourist before that. The Tourist is outfitted with fenders and racks. Used a Chrome bag with the Kilo. When the weather is nasty, I ride the Tourist due to the fenders and such. But I feel like I am riding a bull through a china shop. Not sure how to explain that....

So, what percentage of your riding time is spent on a SS/FG?

    Comment at will.
    Best regards - steve

0-25%. More during track and over winter when my riding is less structured.

overall about 85%, but lately none since the track bike is in pieces. ss and ssfg bikes will soon return.

Almost everything is done on a track bike or my ss cross bike. I'll only really bust out the road bike for certain long/hilly rides with certain friends or crits(starting next week).

I started riding fixed gear way back in 1969. There were long stretches where that's the only bike I ride, including centuries in the hills. Then I buolt a 2 speed fixed SA hub, and that was just about all I rode, except for multi-day tours.

But when it got trendy and people started asking me about my "fixie". I decided it wasn't cool anymore, and rarely ride it in public anymore.

I keep my late '80s Trek around mostly for the memories. Didn't even know what FG was until a couple years ago, never looked back.

65% SS cross commuter, 30% fixie conversion, 5% geared bikes.

    Geared % is going down.

25% to 50% would be a good yearly average. I ride more fixed gear in the winter, seems like downhills aren't as cold on them. My roller wh0re is also fixed.

I live in the foothills, and although I enjoy climbing on my fixed gear bikes, often I am too tired or too lazy and just grab a geared bike.

I enjoy variety and am lucky to have more than one bike to choose from, depending on my mood.

I have 2 bikes, 1 SS and 1 FG. I never ride the SS so I spend 100% of the time on my FG.

I haven't actually computed the percentage of time as the OP asks, but I do know that 27.6 % of my 8560 total miles logged last year was on fixed gear bikes. I don't have any SS/free wheel setups; strictly fixed gear and multi-geared road machines. My average speed on the geared rigs is quite a bit faster than on the fixed rides. (Plus, they generally don't include a stop at the pub for a refreshment...)

Less than 25%, usually commuting or an unstructured spin.

325 of the 908 miles I have ridden so far this year have been on a geared bike. The rest have been fixed. I have a fat bike, and was commuting and riding that in the snow and crap weather. Now that it is nice out, it is just sitting there and will continue to sit until the weather goes crap again.
