First Build

Hey all I need a bike pretty soon for fun and work. I want to build a fixie but am unsure of where to start. I see some people saying to buy frames like bianchi super pista and others say that those are too overhyped. Can anyone help me get started and give me some advice on what some good frames to use are. I think I want a five spoke wheel but have been told this isn't a good idea. I am unsure on the type of handlebars. I've wanted one for a while so my budget is about $1500-2000. Thanks a lot!!

I'd like to buy some real estate. Can someone tell me what real estate to buy? I've heard good things about San Diego but other people are saying that that place is overhyped. I'm thinking about buying a windmill but have been told that isn't a good idea. My budget is 400000 to $600000. Thanks a lot!! 😀

yes I would definitely look into San Diego. It is a little overhyped but is still a great place to live. With that price range I found you some great looking apartments not far from the beach.
Here are some links to help you out since you seem so nice.

Yeah, looks like everyone has moved on to property speculation.
