is there any difference in having straight forks rather than curved ones,
im looking for some straight steel forks (in the uk)
anyone know any good makes? the only straight ones i can find are all carbon, and im not into crabon really.

if you use a size small i know of a shop here that might still have a colnago steel road fork for 20-30 pounds.pm me if that is tempting.. or ask vicious cycles or jonny cycles or walker cycles.. do you want me to go on?

the rumor is straight blade forks are a little more harsh than curved. the idea is the road vibration goes straght to the bars. where as curved blades provide a little more flex. is it true? who knows?

lies made up by someone with straight fork envy. seriously, I've had both and actually find the straight fork more plush.

hey, great story. real visual and I enjoyed the absurd possiblity of why and how the sexiest fork was born
