Lock Ring Question
First off...Thanks to everyone who has been so patient with me and my stupid newbie questions. So now...
here's my next one:
Are lock rings all the same? And, what tool do I use to get one off?

no. campy and phils have a different thread pitch than dura-ace, suntour, surly, etc.
i use a bottom bracket lockring tool to get mine on and off... sick.

Is this for a suicide wheel?
If it is then yes, the bb lockring you want to remove from your sisters bike will fit on the threaded freewheel hub of your huffy.

I don't know my lockring wrench by name, but it looks more like
a pair of pliers instead of a single wrench. It make's removing
lockrings super easy.
