I've got everything for my fixed except a crank and a frame. I was browsing ebay and saw a new Ltd Edition Sugino 75 for $135 and matching BB for $64. That's not including a chain ring, but that seems like a crazy good deal since I seem to see the crank arms listed at over $300 without the BB all the time.

Assuming those are genuine Sugino 75 crankarms, that's a very good deal. I'm not quite sure what's going on with the logo near the axle end of the crankarm though. As to the BB, I wouldn't get the stock unsealed unit, and would instead get a sealed cartridge unit like the TangeSeiki one that you can buy from Retrogression.

Your cog is slipping.
That's a Fuji logo and they are 175mm (making them not such a good deal).

I probably wouldn't go for a 175 on a fixed gear. The price isn't bad but the length is.
As Tejano said sealed is better especially if it is not a pure track machine. SKF and Phil Wood make some of the most durable ones on the market but they are also not the cheapest out there.

i was looking at these...not entirely sure why 175 is bad unless toe overlap and toe clip drag is the only concern. i tend to prefer the longer arms myself
