New Chrome Waterproof backpacks

has anyone seen or owned one of the new Chrome waterproof backpacks -- the ones with the rolltops like a drybag? what do you think? comfortable? a pain in the ass and heavy?

i think it's an interesting idea and also like that they put on a waistbelt, which their other backpacks don't have.

Here's the link: https://chromebags.com/waterproofpacks.html

i have an arcteryx backpack that is waterproof in addition to being the best cycling backpack i've ever owned. it is long and skinny like a hydration pack (which it's not). the shape of it means it's hard to set down, and strange to pack, but it holds a ton--you can just keep putting things in it. and has a waist + chest belt, and a padded panel to rest on your back, and so on. plus it looks cool. got it at rei a year or two ago.

I have that too. Half the price of a Chrome Sultan and better made too. The only drawback is the unecessary amount of adjustment straps.
