Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Tesch S-22 Fixed Gear Road Trainer

Been itching to build up a Tesch frame for fixed gear road rides.

The perfect frame dropped in my lap recently and this is what I ended up with...pure fun:

TenSpeedV2, thanks, I stress out every time I have to wrap a set of bars. Was torn between orange and white cloth, but went with the darker color since I plan to get it dirty.

seau grateau, I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Still have a matching front wheel in the works, but got tired of tinkering with it and wanted to ride today so the 600 Tricolor/Mavic went on to get me rolling.
Yes eccentric, but at the hub, not BB, White industries Eno rear hub with 126mm endcaps...I have two of these hubs and love them.

@eastcoaststeve

The choice of a white saddle flows perfectly with the white upper frame.

And that ORANGE is a rad shade of ORANGE.

White finishing tap on the bar wrap. Elegante.
