Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

What rack is that on the back? What is that white tube thing? Looks like PVC.

Not trying to challenge. Sincerely interested.

The rack is a topeak now on the first bike I posted the pvc is to hold a collapsible fishing pole. If you look close at the trunk bag you can see a spool of line and a pack of power bait grubs the square thing is an altoids tin with hooks sinkers etc in the outside pocket. Most paths here run along a river or creek I sometimes take simple fishing gear and stop and fish places

Some ask about my rack and PVC pipe rod holder here is a closer picture I love my topeak racks I have them on three of my 5 bikes . I have 2 topeak bags that work on these racks . Some times I bongo tie a tenkara rod to the top tube of one of my single speeds and stop along the creak and throw a fly for bluegills and creek chub

The Cervelo is a great photo.

The brake hoods are too high on the Serotta. Such a gorgeous bike.
