Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Philly Bike Swap on Sunday...

Just stumbled across it... There's usually a pretty good fixed/SS crowd, right?

Philadelphia Bike Swap at Bike Freedom Valley - June 12
Bicycle Club of Philadelphia and the Bicycle Coalition present the 2005 Philadelphia Bike Swap, 9 AM to 3 PM at Lloyd Hall.

To sell:
Individuals: $20 by June 6th, then $50.
BCP and BCGP members: $10 by June 6th, then $25.
Commercial: $150 by June 6th, then $200.
A consignment table will be available for members with only a couple of things to sell.

Download a registration form at www.bicyclecoalition.org or call 215-242-9253.
