Quill stems vs this?

Location: Might as well be underwater because I make less drag than a torpedoE (no aero bars here though)

Unfortunately the price of that Pista stem makes it out of the question for me. I'd use a higher stem for road use anyway.
Those handlebars though just seem like an awesome set-up though with the stiff oversize diameter.

That Pista angle is unique and not available in a generic stem.
