Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I love dicta freewheels. I paid $5 for my new 16t, and it survived 2 boston snowy/cold/sandy/salty winters. My pos shimano bmx freewheel barely lasted for 1 winter. The teeth on the dicta seem to wear a lot better than the ones on the shimano.

If I may shift gears for a moment gentleman, Dicta vs. a hurricane, who would win? hold on, hold on..
and the name of the Hurricane is Hurricane Dicta.
