Nessuno Bareknuckle?

So I am obviously shopping for a new track frame, and I came across Nessuno bikes. For $550 frame and fork what do you think about them. I saw a few pics from one frame and the welds looks sloppy, but that just may have been that specific frame. Other than that, are they worth it? http://www.bikecult.com/works/archiv...arenuklPF.html

Is that steel used for the frame, "Dedacciai COM 12.5 oversized double-butted tubing" high end stuff? I can't find any info. about the COM series tubing. They have other types, but COM?

I think it is the same stuff as Zero Uno . I could be wrong though. Maybe google both those names.

Another bike called the Viner Competition is made out this steel.
