Nessuno Bareknuckle?

So I am obviously shopping for a new track frame, and I came across Nessuno bikes. For $550 frame and fork what do you think about them. I saw a few pics from one frame and the welds looks sloppy, but that just may have been that specific frame. Other than that, are they worth it?

This one was brought up the other day. From business cycles. https://www.businesscycles.com/compspec.htm
Bottom of the page:

TRACK/FIXED-GEAR BICYCLE (54 cm., center to center) - A running change in the design (fork steerers on the newest production run have gone from 1" to 1.125") prompts me to sell the Nessuno on display in the shop. Complete bike exactly as shown in the photo here):

As shown: Stronglight Track crank and matching bottom bracket; Tange sealed "Technoglide" threadless headset (1"); Stella Azzurra Pisa seatpost; Concor Lite saddle; MKS Sylvan Track pedals with MKS toe clips; Toshi laminated toe straps; Modolo Pista handlebars; Syntace Force 808 cromoly stem (120 mm); Surly Track hubs (32°×32°); Sun "Assault" rims; Wheelsmith 2.0 butted (black) spokes; Wippermann 152 chain; Dura-Ace sprocket; Vittoria Open Corsa EVO KS (700&times23) tires. - $1195.00. For street use, add $60.00 for Tektro RX400 brake caliper set and R200A levers.

Is that steel used for the frame, "Dedacciai COM 12.5 oversized double-butted tubing" high end stuff? I can't find any info. about the COM series tubing. They have other types, but COM?

I think it is the same stuff as Zero Uno . I could be wrong though. Maybe google both those names.

Another bike called the Viner Competition is made out this steel.
