I don't know. I picked up what I call my "poseur hat" (because it's TdF) from the T-Town Velodrome flea market last week for $6. Flea market sucked, by the way, but the racing was cool. Here's me and my hat after the ACS metric century on Sunday.

there is a guy in Portland making gorgeous handmade caps from recycled thrift-store clothing. there may have even been a thread about it. I can't remember the guy's name. But I think he sells on eBay.

I found one of these bad boys the other day. $2 used. I was so stoked!
It's even one of the old school ones that says SUICIDAL on the underside of the bill
But uh, yeah, I guess to answer your question, I don't know where to get stylish hats.

For something that is similar in style to a cycling cap, but less breathable (see: warmer), and usually MUCH cheaper, go to your local welding supply store. They usually have welding caps in TONS of cool colors/patterns for like $8-12.
