Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

CHICAGO - Midnight Marauders tonight?

I met a few of you yesterday at the critical mass (lotsa fun) and bodegabandit reminded me the Midnight Marauders were ridin' tonight. Who here's planning on going? Anyone?

off grand ave. almost to Racine, Ogden, etc. PM'ing you my tele number.

too bad 53_11_alltheway doesn't live around here, i'd loan him my bike so he could join us. =P. It's not going to be the same not having him riding around with us telling us how out saddle position negates the track geometry of our bikes...
