Bike Co-op in NYC?
I'm moving from Philly to NYC. Question: Is there a decent bike co-op anywhere? One that lets you use tools, dig for old parts, etc? Maybe even one with a distributor account that patrons can use? Are there more than one? If so, where are they all at?
