is 59cm much too small for me? i'm 6'3"

but i'm more torso than legs
i've been thinking about buying one of those raleigh rush hours but 59 is their biggest size
i was talking to a guy on a pista that comes into my work and he said it was way too small and he thinks i should just convert my old rusty eighties ralieg that has an almost 37" stand over height
blah blah blah
suggestions? similiar experiences? give me the works

With a long seatpost and a riser stem, you should be all good. I'm 6'1" and ride a 57 with a overextended seatpost, and as I like a big seat/stem drop, a -10 stem. Responds great in traffic.

pretty much any threadless stem can be a riser if you flip it over...

i'm 6'4", mostly torso, and have three 58's. i have a bit more seatpost than the typical looking bike, but they all fit me well. my iro and my guerciotti both have 58 c-c top tubes. the iro is slightly compact, but the guerciotti has a 58 c-c seat tube as well. i think the most important dimension is the top tube. my pista is a 58 c-c, but the top tube is a 57 c-c. i run a 130 stem on it, and a 120 on the other two.

The listed TT length is 59cm. That's the same TT length as my 61cm Litespeed, so you might be ok, there. I'm 6'2" 3/4. You might want to ask the dealer if they have some flexibility regarding stem and seatpost swapout, to tune the fit.

I'm 6'-3" with a 34" inseam, I ride a 59cm Bianchi - race it...fits fine. The seatpost isn't even crazy high.

6' 3", 32 inseam, ride a 59 IRO mark V pro with the seat way up and the bars low. works fine. With my nitto bullhorns (the ones with drop) I can lay out and get comfy.

You gotta go ride it or at least sit on it. I ride a 61cm Pista and a 63cm Cannondale. They both fit just fine. I'm 6'2 35in inseam and every 59 I've ridden felt small.

I'm 6'2", and I ride a 61cm Pista now. It fits pretty good but when I first moved to Mpls I had a 57cm Miyata with a pretty extended seatpost. Didn't know what I was thinking back then...
