Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Probably. But they're also probably worth a zillion dollars to some collector, if they're anything like a lot of Zeus stuff... so you might be better off selling and buying a different set of hubs, since you'd probably get more than enough for a nice high-end modern set.

Run them as QR. You won't have any problems.

apparently campy axles fit. and it's as much to do with not wanting to go back to a ny chain just to leave the bike locked up for 5 minutes. maybe i should keep the stock bianchi/alex combo for just riding around then…

Nutted wheels can get jacked almost as quickly as QR ones, look at terror in pink's story, and there was alos another recent story from NYC where someones wheels got jacked.

didn't hear either story. either way i'd prefer nutted wheels. at least the potential thief actually has to have a wrench
