Beautiful. I am really into royal blue bikes of late. That's just about the epitome of them for me with the perfect amount of chrome. That cutout on the BB shell is stellar: it looks so modern too.

Clearly you broke the cardinal rule of not feeding the bike that follows you home. It may never leave now.

Excellent bike and good find.

Cool. I have the road frame, same vintage, but in much worse shape.
Mine came with a Campagnolo 'aero' post with the engravings. FM 51.151 so that is probably the correct period item to look for if you care.

Very cool. Thanks for the tip. So he set the record in 84. Is that when these frames where built? Year later? 1984/1985?

Ill buy you a beer or two. Think about what you avoided though... My bank acount is already screaming in pain in preperation for what "doing this frame justice" is going to mean... Mouton is already putting the heat on me.

Do not know really, except for the after 84 part. These were not big sellers compared to some, so googling brings back very little.
If you know someone who can read/write in Italian, you might have better luck than I did.
