Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Bikes: Lots. Mostly steel. Mostly heavy. Mostly geared, and very low, at that.

Yeah, and dropouts, not track ends. AND it's drilled for a front brake! Let's hate it!

on my polo bike i have some of these.

https://www.boxwoodbicyclepolo.com/bars.html

they're way skinny, like 32cm across, so climbing any type of hill can get kinda sketchy. i have yet to try then on a non-mtb setup, but i guess someone could. i think they maybee a bit too thick in the clamp area though

It's a collector's bike. It probably is still overpriced, but stuff like that sells for a$s-tons of money.
