Van Dessel was, I dunno if they still do. Theirs were SUPER narrow, and didn't look comfortable to me.

on my polo bike i have some of these.

they're way skinny, like 32cm across, so climbing any type of hill can get kinda sketchy. i have yet to try then on a non-mtb setup, but i guess someone could. i think they maybee a bit too thick in the clamp area though
