Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

slow responses?

Does anyone else have problems getting pages to load on BF?

I sometimes seem to wait 5 minuites for my page to load, when everything else I'm looking at is near instananeous. Is it a server issue?

Yes. I've posted in the past about this in the support forum or something.

Every now and then it goes real slow.
Probably just traffic issue.

Maybe the ads only pay by the click and nobody clicks 'em. I know I don't. Besides, new servers are EXPENSIVE! Maybe the revenue they generate is enough to cover their operational costs but don't generate enough to upgrade in response to the higher traffic.
