The goal of the project was to build on as tight a budget as possible, so, most parts were ones that 'fit' and were found cheap on ebay, local sources, etc. which would explain some unorthodox choices. All in all, I'm quite pleased with the results.
Things that changed:
-tires
-wheels
-spokes
-fork
-stem
-bars
-brake removal/front lever installed
I know there's still a couple minor things left, like removal of the braze-ons, change pedals, i have to toe the brakes so they don't squeak, etc, but please let me know what you guys think!

After everything, probably about 3 Benjys flat. That includes the bike itself, labour that i couldn't do and all the parts. I have a bunch of spare parts lying around, most of that cost was the wheelset, specialized armadillos on mavic something or others laced to those weird red hubs.
