I got THE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10 minutes ago Sacha phoned. It's being boxed and shipping today. Oh gawd that UPS guy better haul a$$. Yes, pics will happen as soon as it arrives.

There's only one huge drawback. Last week I broke my right big toe. Major swelling and hurts like hell to put pressure on it. Foot won't even fit in a cycling shoe, let alone take the pressure of pedaling. Sooo, how many Darvocets and beers would it take to not motice the pain????

ARGH!!!!

I think the actual joy of seeing the bike will make your pain dissappear.

Remember, no less than 100 photos.

so jealous, can't wait for pics to drool over...

No worries about the toe, it'll just make you appriciate the bike that much more when you do get on it for a ride.

Easy, send the bike to me until the toe heals. I'll make an audio recording of me laughing like a crazed loon while riding the bike. Then I'll box it back up and you can have it back. This is me helping you out of a pinch.

Address to follow . . .

what're the parts on this master piece? Nothing but the best of course, but we need a detailed breakdown of parts, down to the bearing and grease.

Why 9k?

Alright, I'll make you an offer ... and a generous one at that. You ship the bike up to Toronto when it gets to you and I'll spend a day or two shooting it in the studio. I promise all the high resolution, billboard sized images you could ever want. I could even do some location shooting with it if you like.

How'za'bout'it?

no zipp hubs? I wanted them REAL bad until I realized they ONLY come in 28 hole. I just couldn't do it on the street.

wow... excessive but def nice. Can't wait for the pics. You must be dying already waiting for the bike. Did he ship is next day? cuz if I was getting one I'd make sure it was overnight so I wouldn't have to wait any longer.

As for your toe, I broke mine back in August. Same one, (along with part of my foot) and also couldn't wear a shoe for awhile, etc. I'm in physical therapy now (3 months later!) three times a week, and am not nearly healed correctly...

So- GOOD LUCK.
