ok, rolled the grips off the old bars. now i have inside-out grips. can't get em the right way round again. should i heat em up in water or something? anyone got tips?

i've never had problems doing it.. i just sort of push one end inside to start it going again and just keep pushing until it is reversed. i found that no lube or water worked best -- having a lot of friction between your finger and the rubber while you're pushing it helps a lot.

maybe shoot some lube between the two surfaces that are in contact .. you just want to make sure that you can still get enough friction to push it through.
